Ecuadorian weapon imports are set to decline by 17.6% to around $4.5 million by 2026. This follows a 12.3% decrease since 1965. In 2021, Ecuador ranked 89th, behind Gabon which imported $13.5 million. Saudi Arabia, Australia and South Korea placed 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively in this ranking.
