Japan's import and export of golf equipment is set to rise over the next five years. In 2021, imports of golf equipment in Japan are predicted to reach an estimated $410 million - a 1.3% increase from the previous year. Since 1993, imports have grown by 4.3% year on year. The biggest sources of imports were the United States, Mexico and China. Exports of golf equipment in Japan are also projected to increase in 2026 to $61 million, a slight 0.1% rise from 2021. Exports have grown 4.5% year on year since 1993. In 2021, the United States was the biggest importer of Japanese golf equipment, followed by Japan, and Thailand in third.
