The Russian demand for fishing equipment has been growing at an average rate of 2.2% since 2001, and the country placed 22nd in the 2021 rankings, with Denmark as the leader at $27 million. Japan, South Korea and Singapore ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively. Russia's fishing equipment exports are expected to reach $8 million by 2026, a 2.7% increase from 2021's $6.6 million. Since 2001, the Russian supply of fishing equipment has been increasing at an average rate of 8.3% yearly, and the country placed 31st in the 2021 rankings, with Sri Lanka as the leader at $6.6 million. Japan, the United States and Malaysia ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively.
