Yemen saw a slight increase in coconut oil consumption in 2018. It clocked in at one thousand metric tons, up from the previous year's figure. This put the country in 38th place in the global rankings, with Honduras coming just ahead with one thousand metric tons. China, the Philippines and Vietnam took the top three spots with 2, 3 and 4 thousand metric tons respectively.
