Saudi Arabia's consumption of coconut oil rose 20.5% in 2021 compared to the previous year. The country consumed 1,000 metric tons of the oil, up from 830 metric tons in 2020. Since 2017, Saudi demand for coconut oil has declined by 21%. The country was 38th in the rankings, with Kiribati topping the list at 1,000 metric tons. China, the Philippines and Vietnam took the next three spots.
