Swazi grain production is projected to reach approximately 113,000 metric tons by 2028, up from around 106,000 metric tons in 2023. This marks an average annual growth rate of 1%. Since 1966, however, Swazi grain supply has experienced a yearly decline of 1.8%. In the global ranking for 2023, Swaziland stood at 136th place, with Jordan surpassing it with a similar output of 106,000 metric tons. The top spots in the global grain production rankings for 2023 were held by the United States, India, and Brazil, occupying the second, third, and fourth positions respectively.
