Global Animal Feed Export is projected to rise to nearly 19 million kilograms by 2026. This is an increase of 0.7% year-on-year, a higher rate than the 1.2% annual growth seen since 2016. In 2021, the Netherlands led the way in Animal Feed Export, with 3.2 billion kilograms. Germany, Belgium and the United States took the next three spots. Brunei saw the biggest yearly increase of 578%, while Malta suffered the biggest drop of 73%. In Europe, Animal Feed Sales is predicted to hit €91 billion by 2026, up 0.5% year-on-year. This is a slower rate than the 1.2% compound annual growth since 2016. Spain held the top spot in 2021 with €15 billion in sales. Germany, the Netherlands and France followed. Slovakia recorded the highest yearly growth of 7%, while Finland saw the steepest decline of 6.3%.
