Polish livestock production is set to drop slightly by the year 2026. According to data from 1966, production has risen by 0.8% each year on average. In 2021, the country was ranked 47th in the world, with Peru overtaking at 8.5 million heads. Brazil, India and the United States were the top three in the rankings, respectively. Polish livestock imports are expected to reach $1.05 billion by 2026. Since 1999, demand has increased by 8% annually. In 2021, the Netherlands came in first at 890 million dollars, while Poland was in fifth place. Germany, Italy and the Netherlands followed in the rankings.
