Kyrgyz Energy Supply is expected to increase to 4.27 million tonnes of oil equivalent by 2026. In 2021, the country reached 4.04 million tonnes of oil equivalent, up 0.7% from the previous year. This marks a steady increase since 1995, when it rose 0.9% year on year. Kyrgyzstan ranked 117th in 2021, overtaken by Latvia, who reached 4.04 million tonnes of oil equivalent. The United States, India and Russia respectively ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th in the same ranking.
