Cypriot chemicals manufacturing production is forecast to decrease slightly in the next five years. It is expected to reach €57.62 million by 2026, down 0.6% from 2021. Since 2000, the output of chemicals in Cyprus has grown 1.6% year on year. As of 2021, the country was ranked 17th worldwide, just behind Latvia at €58.71 million. France, Italy, and the Netherlands followed in second, third, and fourth place, respectively. The share of chemicals manufacturing in the total manufacturing value added in Cyprus is expected to rise 1.6 percentage points to 14.84% by 2026. Since 1968, this market has grown 1.8 percentage points year on year.
