South Korea, the US and Germany placed second, third and fourth, respectively. Mongolian electrical equipment imports are expected to reach $482.3 million by 2026, up 0.9% year-on-year on average. Since 2001, Mongolian demand has grown 8.5% annually. Malta overtook Mongolia in the 2021 ranking, putting the country at number 99. The US, Germany and Singapore came in second, third and fourth, respectively.
