China's imports and exports of aromatics are set to increase over the next five years. Imports are expected to reach $19 million by 2026, a 2.8% annual growth rate since 2021. Exports are projected to hit $148 million by 2026, a 2.4% average annual growth rate since 2021. That year, Saudi Arabia topped the list of exports, with China, India and Japan in second, third and fourth place respectively. Since 1997, Chinese supply has increased by 4.8% year-on-year.
