Iran's energy supply is expected to hit 302.3 million tonnes of oil equivalent by 2026, representing a 1.5% year-on-year increase. Since 1976, supply has grown by 2.1%. In 2021, Iran ranked eighth globally, with Brazil taking the lead at 272.9 million tonnes. The United States, India and Russia came in at second, third and fourth respectively.
