In 2021, Sweden was the sixth-largest importer, behind France, which imported $5 billion. Japan, China and Spain were the second, third and fourth-largest importers, respectively. Since 2000, Swedish supply has grown by an average of 1.2% year-on-year, while demand has increased by 0.8% year-on-year.
